Chapter7Reset.com grew out of my own experience filing Chapter 7 and rebuilding afterward. I created the site to provide the practical, step-by-step recovery guidance I had trouble finding when my own discharge was complete.

That firsthand experience also gives me a perspective on bankruptcy that goes beyond definitions and statistics. I can speak about what it feels like to make the decision to file, what surprised me during the recovery process, how I approached rebuilding credit, and what I wish I had understood earlier.
